Refund Policies

A.C.E. bases its fees on the number of athletes on each team and the cost of the tournaments that the team is attending.  Therefore, fees will be considered under the following conditions.

  1. An athlete quitting a team or walking out of a competition.  If an athlete leaves a competition because of disgruntlement, it is the coach’s discretion to let them back on the team at a later date.  If the athlete attempts to return to the team and the coach will not allow it, the refund will be prorated based on their participation.  If the athlete does not attempt to rejoin the team, their fees will not be refunded and unpaid fees will be expected.
  2. A family is removed from the club for not abiding by the Parent Rules & Policies.  The grievance must first follow the grievance procedure.  If the decision is made to remove the individuals from A.C.E., the fees will NOT be refunded and unpaid fees will be expected.
  3. An athlete is injured and cannot complete the Junior Olympic season.  The fees will be prorated based on the athlete’s participation up to the point of injury.

* If an athlete or parent does not abide by the rules set forth in the above document and are removed from the A.C.E. program, they will be required to pay all fees.  If an athlete cannot complete the season because of injury, etc. the remaining teammates will have to compensate for that teams payment for tournaments, etc.
